Harvest : picking begins during the first ten days of september. Hand picking and selection in the vineyard and transport to the cellar in small (20 Kg) craves.
Wine making : fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (28°/30°C) with a long maceration period (15/20 days) and the alternation of the wine to mantain a damp must in fermentation. This is done to enchance the extraction of natural colouring and noble tannin.
Rectification : 12 months in french oak barriques.
Colour : intense ruby red with purple reflections.
Aroma : intense, full and elegant with hints of rasberry and wood fruits. Winey when young it developts spicey overtones with ageing.
Flavour : full bodied, sapid and generous. Well structured with a pleasent persistence.
Alcol : 13,5%
